Jonathan creates wall mounted panels and sculptures using ceramic tile, hand blown glass shards, and various semi-precious stones and minerals.

Jonathan's recent public commission, "All Ways and Always"
- in the lobby of Adath Israel in Merion, PA. 8ft by 14ft. This mosaic was made using hand blown glass shards, ceramic tile, abalone and various semi precious stones and minerals. It is a giant tallis form (prayer shawl) with the landscape of Israel set on to it. Specifically, it is the view that one sees upon exiting
Yad VaShem, Israel's Holocaust Museum. Additionally, there are images of the Jewish holidays around the year as well as Lions of Judah, one posed with the Shield of the State of Israel, and the other with the Ten Commandments, The mosaic features a built in mezuzah, or prayer scroll of the most sacred Jewish prayer, the Shema. Mezuzahs are intended to adorn the door post of Jewish homes.
